AONA Viajes Outdoor, with address in San Martín de Los Andes, Neuquén, Argentina (hereinafter "AONA"), is the controller of the personal data file registered in accordance with Ley 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales of the Argentine Republic.

2. Data we collect

Through the contact form on this website we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone / WhatsApp number (optional)
• Experience of interest (optional)
• Enquiry message

We do not collect sensitive data as defined in Art. 2 of Ley 25.326.

3. Purpose of processing

The data collected is used exclusively to answer enquiries about our outdoor tourism services and to follow up commercially on the experience of interest indicated.

We do not use your data to send third-party advertising, nor do we assign, sell or transfer it to third parties outside AONA, except where legally required.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in a database hosted on servers with restricted access and authentication. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Data is kept for as long as it is necessary for the stated purpose or while an active commercial relationship exists. You can request its deletion at any time (see section 6).

5. Cookies and analytics tools

This site may use audience measurement tools (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) that collect browsing data anonymously or pseudonymously for statistical purposes and to improve the service. These tools may install cookies in your browser.

You can disable cookies from your browser settings. Disabling them does not affect the operation of the contact form.

6. Your rights (Arts. 14 and 16, Ley 25.326)

As the owner of the personal data, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request the deletion ("right to be forgotten") of your data
• Object to the processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contacto@aonaviajes.com stating your full name and the right you wish to exercise. We respond within 5 business days.

The DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES (the supervisory authority for Ley Nº 25.326) is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with current personal data protection regulations.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the changes.
